Orders placed BY 12 Noon Eastern Standard Time, will ship the same day. Orders AFTER 12 Noon Eastern Standard Time will ship the next day
LOCAL PICK UP: 12 - 24 Hours Required
- Only Available to South Florida Residents: Miami-Dade County, Broward County, and Palm Beach County.
- Local Pick Up Hours: Tuesday through Saturday, 11:00am - 4:30pm
Order placed by 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time will be ready for pickup the following day. Follow prompts with contact details and location at the time of check out.

Online Purchases: Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your order has been received, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or store credit.
In-Store/POP UP Purchases: No Returns/Exchanges/Store Credit
- To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must have been purchased Online, unused, and in the same condition that you received it (This includes the original packaging)
- To complete your Online exchange or store credit, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial or no store credits are granted (if applicable): Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email, call or text to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If you are approved, we will make contact to discuss an equal or greater priced item to exchange. Shipping is determined at the time of exchange.
Exchanges (if applicable):

- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
- For all exchanges, you should consider using a tracking number with your shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
